With this years X Factor proving to be the most popular yet, there’s no doubt that there are hundreds of thousands of wannabe’s out there who think they’ve got what it takes to take the pop world by storm.
Now, any budding Joe McElderry’s can really take their ambitions to another level, with a personalised number plate which reads ‘POP 80Y’- interpreted as ‘Pop Boy’.
The number plate, which is being sold by retired property dealer Stuart Ogilvie, has an asking price of a whopping £1million, and megastar Robbie Williams is said to love the registration so much he has a photograph of the number plate on a red Ferrari on his Facebook page!
However, if you’re thinking that you may be able to haggle over the asking price don’t bother, as Mr Ogilvie has already turned down an offer of £400,000.
The number plate, which Mr Ogilvie purchased for £1100 back in 1985, is the perfect accessory for any guys who fancy following in the footsteps of Joe, Robbie et al.
However, as he has just bagged a £1 million pound recording contract, it might not be too long before little Geordie Joe will be about to snap this fantastic number plate up!
