Style of registrations has changed over the last 102 years.
Car Style Reg first started in Dec 1903, but most people think it started in 1904.For example EC 5 (which the boss used to have on his car) was originally issued in Dec 1903 and was the 5th plate issused from Kendal Cumbria County Council. If we only knew then what we know now!! It cost nothing then but the boss wanted around £40 grand for it!!
