The whole process could not have been easier. The person I spoke to was very helpful an the whole deal went through more quickly than I expected. I had the authority to use the new number on the next working day!
Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback.
