The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.

Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. National Numbers had my plate for sale for some time - as did another competitor who shall remain nameless - but this company returned me more than the other lot offered and with considerably less hassle. The seemed much more "user friendly" and the transfer was completed without fuss and the cheque arrived in very short order. I complimented them and indicated I would use them again to buy or sell and based on my experience I do recommend them.

I had the added problem that I was buying the reg but not collecting my new to me but pre owned car for another couple of days. Gwen at new reg steered me through that and made it really easy for me. Paperwork, documents etc, everything sorted in a couple of days. Thanks John :-)
