I was initially concerned about getting a personalised number plate as I knew I wanted one but had absolutely no idea about the process. From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of. I thought it would be a nightmare but nope I couldn?t of been further from the truth. I completed online and the certificate came within a few working days! So it?s safe to say I had an extremely happy son on the morning of his birthday.
