Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

My plate took a while to sell, but once a buyer was found the sale went through quickly. We were kept informed by telephone of the status of the sale, and as promised the money was paid in to our bank account on completion. All we had to do was fill in a couple of forms and post them back and everything else was taken care of professionally by National Numbers

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.
The service we got was excellent and Jill was so help full . The new plates is a surprise for my wife for Xmas and Jill made it so easy again many thanks
