Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
