This was my first time to purchase a private plate. The procedure was fully explained to me by the sales staff and the transfer went very well as I was advised.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! The whole process is simple and quick, also if you select the fast track service you can have your plate on your car the same day as they process it via DVLA. Worth the extra!
