Easy transaction paperwork arrived within 3 days.

I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! Great site, well laid out and easy to navigate, easiest thing I have purchased online for some time. I thought it would be difficult to buy a private reg for my car but don't be afraid use these guys, trust a customer!

All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

Very helpful members of staff that talked me through the whole process and made for an effortless transaction.
