They found my first choice, organised its entry into the DVLA Auction, attended the event and maintained open phone contact with me during the proceedings. The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.
