When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. Got my PJB plate at the July auction for less than I had budgeted for, which was a bonus. Straight forward to deal with and friendly to boot.

Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day.
