Adam at National Numbers went above and beyond to get my plate for me as it was still registered on the previous owners car. Not always the cheapest but easy process and helpful staff

I purchased a plate for my 9 year old nephew ready for when he is 18. The opposition who I have purchased off before were a complete letdown, promising to ring back and did not. Won't mention their name but one of the largest companies - they send regular magazines to me. Could just have been one of their off days. Found them so good in past, but in future will deal with NN.
