They were very happy to give help and advice over the phone. Bought the number online on a Saturday afternoon, the number plates arrived on Wednesday, and the paperwork arrived on Thursday. Excellent, would happily recommend to anyone.

Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. If you get declined by finance their in house finance is the best. After you finish paying they send your plate.
