I sold a plate recently and it was hassle free. The plate was listed for quite some time but I didn't opt for enhanced listing etc so can't complain. I bought the very same plate from them 12 years ago and that was hassle free.

Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction. I entered my Name and was delighted at the options available. Some I must say where way out my price range, talking thousands of pounds. But hey! If you can afford it why not. I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star. She was very professional and dealt with my order from start to finish. My plate was purchased and registered to my car in less than a week.
