This was my first time using national numbers. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track.
