As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Very easy change over of reg number done in less than 5 days

Bought online, was so easy to do and very fast. This plate has been bought as a surprise for my son's 40th Birthday next year (2021). The number is so perfect we bought early because we did not want to miss it. Helpful staff, would definitely recommend. Thank you

Hassle free and happy customers

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
