The help I received from National Numbers staff was friendly and efficient. I would be happy to deal with them in the future.
After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! Great Job. They found the buyer, liaised and negotiated with him on my behalf, even helped him find the funds! Then promptly paid the funds directly into my account on completion. Would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to anyone trying to sell their cherish plate.
