Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM. Lo and behold my new tax disc, new MOT and full instructions were in my in my letter box on Saturday morning. Well done.

Very good and quick service I was unsure of exactly how it worked when you bought a private registration, but when I called to ask, they were very helpful, and explained it easily. No pressure was given to buy immediately, and the man was polite and pleasant to talk to. I wish I could remember his name!!
