The process of buying the number was smooth and efficient but it was not made clear that the £49.99 that was paid was not for national numbers to do the complete transfer.

Paul and all other staff members are really friendly and helpful :) my plate arrived quickly as well as my certificate and they were fully on board to give me advice and help. Huge thumbs up! Will recommend to friends and family :)
