Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Contacted by Phil at NN with regards to selling my wife's number plate. I wasn't happy about first price and held out for what I considered a fair price. Phil negotiated top price with a full return. Good work by NN on my behalf. Will use again to sell my plate.

Approached many other number plate resellers and they all quoted me between £400 and £500 for my plate. National Numbers quoted three times that but explained it might take a while to sell at that price. I was prepared to wait and have just received £1200 (having accepted an offer). The process was completely painless, stunningly fast (with an immediate bank transfer) and I had a real, helpful person at National Numbers to speak to throughout. Would recommend them to every seller.
