I wrote a review on the day of the auction, due to the disappointment I felt. I can not emphasize the difference Martin made by emailing me and having a follow-up conversation. Not only do I value the conversation I had with him, I greatly appreciate the service he is providing to me. The follow-up service is more than 5 stars. Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I will recommend to others on the proviso that comms. aren't the best.

Very helpful call handler and two plates bought quickly and easily. All plates and documents arrived exactly as promised.

I have dealt with number plates for 30 years and these are by far the best. No scams about lower price offers then selling for higher. I found out about another company who did that by chance when I met the buyer of a plate I sold. National Numbers are by far the best, may they continue with their consistent good service from consistently good knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended as number one plate dealers.

Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.

When reg number sold transaction went through very smoothly and promptly.
