Very happy with the service received, from agreeing a price to actually being paid - which was just over a week. Paperwork was very quick with clear instructions and even received an email on the day that I had received my money to say it was in my bank account. National Numbers seem to me to have the best selection of number plates compared to every where else. Once you have found a number plate to suit you, it is then very easy to buy, transfer etc. Nice and easy. Communication is second to none, can't fault the service from start to finish.

I contacted national numbers initially out of curiosity through an app on my phone to get my personalised vehicle registration plate valued back in late March early April and after a few days I got an email to contact their valuation phoneline and was quoted £1250 for a plate I purchased on a car for total of £1750 back in December 2017. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident in May this year and the engine blew and so was unable to be driven and was SORN sitting on my friends drive so I had previously asked national numbers to advertise the plate as potentially for sale which is a service they offer and should they have interest they contact you with an offer from their client and in late July I was asked the lowest I would accept for my plate and after a little negotiation we settled on £1000 all fees to be paid by their client and once the transfer was completed I would receive my money. They were very helpful, courteous and relatively fast with all the details and documents but without an ounce of pressure to sell my plate. I sent the documents back and was told approx 2-3 weeks depending on DVLA workload and even so two weeks to the day I posted my documents off to them the money was transfered same day they received confirmation of the transfer of ownership the money was deposited in my account in minutes. Top Class Company, First Class employees with a professional Business acumen and absolutely NO Pressure and hassle free pleasurable experience. I recommend this company if you want to sell or buy any personalised vehicle registration to everyone and anyone wishing for a breeze of a transaction with professional experienced people. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

The number plate itself is a beautiful stroke of serendipity- a special tribute to my Mum - a mix of my birthday day and her name. Had no idea how buying a number plate worked. The staff were helpful and explained everything made the buying process really easy. Spoke to them on a number of occasions to arrange everything. They even send out the plates so all you need to do is put them on and go. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a number plate.

I've purchased from National numbers several times and am never disappointed by the fantastic service. Purchasing and managing private registrations is hassle free and what's more you can do everything online at your convenience.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Very good quick service only complaint was getting in touch with admin phoned three times told 2nd in Que on phone 5 mins only to have phone put down on me so called phone number to buy put straight on phone strange one pound a minute
