Excellent service. However still waiting to hear anything about selling my plates

Quick and easy process to go through. Worth paying for fast track. I ordered my plate last Wednesday and just under a week later I receive an e-mail to tell me I can put it on my car. Very happy customer, would recommend.

Sold my number plate recently and I wasn?t able to supply the paperwork by return and National Numbers must have been under some pressure from the buyer.....but they handled the situation professionally and kept everyone updated. The money was received by me one week after the documentation was received by National Numbers . A great service I would definitely recommend to both sellers and buyers.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful, gave me very good advice, couldn't fault them.

very easy - process explained clearly and assigning the new number was delayed at my request until my daughter's birthday. Perfect.
