Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

It was an easy and pleasant transaction, spoke to a lovely guy who made everything simple and easy. I would recommend buying or selling with these.

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

A big thank you to all at national numbers for helping me find the plate I was looking for. Prompt service and step by step guide to how to assign number to my new car would highly recommend to all. Thanks guys ?

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Really amazing experience from National Numbers. Very reliable and helpful team. The website was very user friendly and provided the best numbers available you desire for. Even though I didn't get the original number I wanted, It provided me with so many choices I selected the closest one. Well worth the money and finance option is also available at 0%.
