I was contacted about a reg I had on retention for the last few years. I was made a very reasonable offer and agreed. The National Numbers superb service then kicked in. It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. Decided to purchase a new number plate two days ago and i was expecting to have to wait at least a week or two before i could actually change the plate on my car but it only took two days. Great experience, hassle free and extremely fast. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new number plate.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Easy smooth transaction, received a very good price for the number I had on my Moped, no problems and both my cheque and the replacement registration were received two days after I was notified that the transfer had gone through. First class and highly recommended .
