Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....! The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.
