Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . Good, quick, reliable service. Easy to follow instructions. Only reason not given 5 stars was the high administrative charge advertised for 'fast track' service with dvla. Which is free and takes seconds on the website (would have been annoyed if I had paid for this 'service')
