It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you
