I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

Very efficient service thanks

Nice and easy bought the plate and they sorted it all out for my new motorcycle. They sent a plate all I had to do was fit it and all was great. They sorted it out with the DVLA all I had to do was tell my insurance company and that was that ?.

Great customer service, had plates on car within a week. They look great, so happy with plates and service, would recommend to family and friends no problem. Well done National Numbers :-)

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Made the process very simple and quick.

I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase. The team members are very good as to what they do, and tells you exactly what you are paying for. Thank you all to the team.

I sold my number plate through national numbers and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Service was excellent and efficient.
