However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

From initial contact to final money transfer the communication and information was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Was apprehensive about buying a cherished number plate for my hubbys birthday but that was silly. National Numbers made it all so easy. The service was excellent and I couldn't believe how quickly everything was processed. Would not hesitate to recommend National Numbers to friends and family.

We were approached by National Numbers to sell a number to a potential buyer which was a surprise in itself! They carried out the negotiation without fuss and the transaction was done and dusted in just a few days. The agreed fee was paid into our account exactly as they promised so very happy.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful.
