Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Sold my number plate recently and I wasn?t able to supply the paperwork by return and National Numbers must have been under some pressure from the buyer.....but they handled the situation professionally and kept everyone updated. The money was received by me one week after the documentation was received by National Numbers . A great service I would definitely recommend to both sellers and buyers.
