I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! Found my perfect number plate at a reasonable price, bought the actual plates from them and it only took a few days.Also very helpful on phone with queries I had......... highly recommended.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Beccy who I dealt with REALLY WAS absolutely FANTASTIC. I spoke to Beccy from the outset and explained everything. Beccy remembered me and dealt with me until I?d received the number plate I wanted. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT recommend National Numbers and more importantly Beccy highly enough.
