I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright.
