Absolutely fantastic communication and lightning fast payment.I sent the retention document of with the relevant paperwork 1st class recorded delivery on the Tuesday. payment was received on Thursday the same week. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone contemplating selling their cherished number.

Process was incredibly easy. Exemplary after sales service. Debby kept me informed with multiple emails and answered several queries nigh on instantaneously and everything occurred as stated. Nice touch. Top tip though: if you're going to use the number plates supplied (in my case for a bike) make sure you request size of plate applicable. Mine was too large but this is in no way attributable to National Numbers. Thanks guys.

I cannot fault the Company and the person I dealt with Craig did exactly what it said on the tin. I do take point from one of your reviews regarding the cost of the service but in all honesty if you want to take time out , research the plates and go and spend time at the Auction then it will work out cheaper for you. I personally have not got the time to do this and Craig called me when the Lot came up and I paid in my opinion a fair price for the plate. I would recommend National Numbers

although my first choice had gone after I had received a confirmation e mail the person who rang me to impart the bad news helped me choose a replacement.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

A very smooth and seamless service from National Numbers. The transaction of my new plate was effortless on my side, other than to attach the new supplied plates onto my car and calling my insurance company.
