A quick, easy, and efficient transaction. The transfer was explained in detail by phone, delivery of the plates was very quick, and the form-filling was smooth and trouble free.

I had an issue and it has been dealt with beyond my expectations. Very helpful and polite. Will definitely use this company again.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
