Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted). They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I will recommend to others on the proviso that comms. aren't the best.
