Great service but some advice was not complete

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

Same plate as RegTransfers who took a deposit for £1758 for a future registration, and Lenny at Nationalnumbers quoted £899 without knowing what I had been quoted. Thankfully they got it first, saved me £850 and were professional and honest through the whole process. Do hate greedy people.

Although I was initially nervous at handing over paperwork before payment had been received, I was reassured that National Numbers has been conducting business to a high standard since 1981. I had a very smooth transaction and within 10 days of the initial offer being made for the purchase of my registration, I had full payment in my bank account. I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase.
