Had moved abroad but everything still went very smoothly

Decided to purchase a new number plate two days ago and i was expecting to have to wait at least a week or two before i could actually change the plate on my car but it only took two days. Good, quick, reliable service. Easy to follow instructions. Only reason not given 5 stars was the high administrative charge advertised for 'fast track' service with dvla. Which is free and takes seconds on the website (would have been annoyed if I had paid for this 'service')

Recently got Paul to contact DVLA to enter a number into the July auction which I eventually won after other bidding.Now just waiting for paperwork to arrive from DVLA and new number onto my car.Excellent service from start to finish,will highly recommend.

The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.
