Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. It?s all very smooth sailing, just follow their instructions and you?ll be with your new plates in no time. I like the fact they also call to give you progress reports so you don?t feel like you've been scammed. As it can be quite a long progress so it?s nice to know what?s going on and when things will be ready. Couldn?t fault them so don?t worry about them at all!!
