As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. I ordered a private plate and paid for it online, despite bank holiday shipping stalls I received my certificate in under 2 weeks and was able to plate the car immediately online.

They are pretty straight forward to deal with and sent the money through as promised once the reg was sold.
