My only disappointment was the number plates that I ordered as an additional item were inferior to those offered by other websites. Eric was very professional throughout the whole process, always gave a detailed insight on what was happening.
Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
