I had completely forgotten about registering my request with Nationalnumbers as it had been some years ago, so when they contacted me I was quite suspicious and not quite sure if it was all a con. Anyway, I went along cautiously and I have to say the staff were at all times extremely helpful and reassuring and the whole process was managed by them very smoothly and professionally. I now have my new plates which I am very happy with and I would unreservedly recommend Nationalnumbers based on the service I received.

This company advertised my Number at no cost to me and after a few months sold it at a price I was happy with. The process, once a potential buyer was found was friendly, smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and paperwork & payment were received promptly. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is that their initial valuation was unrealistically high (over twice what I agreed to sell for) which is a rather misleading way to get sellers on their books. Having compared similar plates on the internet, I believe I've been paid a fair market value for my plate and am very happy with their service.

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
