Excellent service

The service I received was very good and competent and I was very pleased to receive my documents from DVLA as promised.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Used twice now. Very easy site, very quick communications and very quick delivery as advertised. Would defo recommend.

I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. The company explained clearly the process to me. On the last day of the auction, I was so stressed (as I have no gambling bone in me), but the rep called me and calmly reassured me. His advice turned out to be spot on and worked for me. I paid more than I wanted, but I got what I wanted. Thank you!

It was said i'd have pink form within five working days .. It was delivered on the fifth day, can't fault the service. Quick and efficient, from a very happy customer.
