Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.

I found all at National Numbers easy to deal with with prompt responses to queries and regular updates.

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

Really pleased with the service I recieved. Helpful, straight talking and great with their knowledge. They did everything in their power to ensure the plates were delivered ASAP as they were a birthday present - everything arrived in time. THANK YOU
