Quick and smooth process very helpful

I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! With the post at the moment there had been a delay but Marty gave me a call explaining what the issue was in these crazy times, and that's all you can ask for. After having a chat, even though it was no fault of theirs they did all they could for me!! Couldn't ask for any more from a business than what they have done for me. Genuine transparent company.

Just easy to do business with. Fast, reliable and friendly. If there is something you are not happy about, just call or email them and they will help you out - for example, I did not want to send off the original copy of my log book while purchasing a new plate, we agreed a scanned copy of the front of it would be fine and that was that, 5 minute call, no hassle. Made an offer on a Sunday, agreed the deal on the Tuesday, new plates arrived on the Friday and new log book arrive the following Thursday. Easy.

Would have been 5 star only they arrived not in a box that they couldn't be identified as number plates and an invoice for National Numbers stuck on the front. I had ticked the box for surprise gift.
