As soon as a customer offer was received it was dealt with extremely efficiently and the entire process was negotiated and concluded within a few days. I was extremely happy with the speed and ease of the entire process. Would definitely be my first choice to use again.

Having tried another company and heard nothing, I was a little reluctant to pay the £50. Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.
