Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Really good fast service would defiantly recommend

A very professional, efficient and friendly service with good prices to match. Everything came through very quickly and my new reg was on my car far quicker than expected. My only disappointment was the number plates that I ordered as an additional item were inferior to those offered by other websites. There was no option that I could see for different sizes (my car requires a larger sized plate at the back), so I had to purchase my plates again from another site for another £30.

Quick turn around of documents

Although I was unable to finalise the registration online, I received an old school type of support from Paul who guided me through the different steps and we got it all sorted. DVLA documents followed swiftly and the online transfer was super easy. So all well worth it!
