The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

I bought my plate through national numbers, they bid for me as it had to go through a dvla auction, they was lovely to talk to on phone and quick after the auction I had my plate. So I would defiantly recommend using them.
