First time buying a personal reg. National numbers were fantastic help, fantastic value, quick, accurate and even put up with my last minute changes. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Would definitely use again.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

This was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jill on this purchase, she is very professional, very pleasant and must a joy to work with, nothing was too much of a problem and explained the process extremely well.
