Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Fantastic service from Phil and his colleagues. Still can?t quite get over how quickly it all went through! The number plate itself is a beautiful stroke of serendipity- a special tribute to my Mum - a mix of my birthday day and her name.
